A Round World

I should write about my trip to Stockholm… But I won’t do it. Instead, I’ll share the 27 minutes that I just had. I was just surfing the internet for some stuff that I need when I heard soft knocks on my door. It was a ca 40-year-old woman, who asked me if I was willing to answer one questionnaire on fast-food "restaurants". After thinking for two seconds about continuing to write my thesis, I thought why not. The questions were quite absurd - it started with in which fast-food places I’ve been to and then some 20 questions later I was asked what kind of fast-food restaurants I knew. Where’s the logic? And have I seen any McDonalds’ commercials, whether I thought that McD was a good employer, would the food be good for children or did I feel there as a special guest? I had to admit that within some weeks I did visit one of the places.

The questionnaire ended with points about internet - how often, where and how I used it. Hmm, I seem to have a missing link here! I do hope that McDonalds will not start a massive internet-campaign. Whatever it’s worth - please, do not do that, I peg you!

What did I get for going through that? Well, I expressed my absolute ignorance towards McDonalds and I got a pen. Isn’t that great - a white pen that suites perfectly with my iBook. Now, that’s perfectly logic. 

And now I just realised that she must have seen the absolute mess in my room and a group photo on my shelf of naked women :D
