A Round World

Today was a good day. I reinvented the wheel - after some work with my MA thesis, I went to one bar and took out a notebook to write down thoughts that just had to be put on a paper. I was thinking of a violin that I got just couple of days before and what it meant to me. And then, somehow, four words came up to my mind: everything depends on yourself! I really think it does, doesn’t it… Then, I walked back home and wrote a song with the same thought as a main line. It is so simple, so obvious, but lately, I have seen too many people (including myself) who have forgotten this. They simply wait that others will become also sad and touched about their problems and may-be they would also give a good advice how to solve them… Or at least, accept that everything is so mean and evil around them that the world must be collapsing within the next minutes. Well, with reinventing the wheel, I have news for you - if everything is so bad, do something about it! It’s you who have to live your life, not others… May-be I’m just a bit too naive, but it works for me.

PS. Hmm, there are four people who read my blog… One more than I thought - I think it’s good enough reason to celebrate   Thnks.
